Business Services
Secretarial and business services are available for exhibitors at the business service center, free of cost. Photocopier and fax machine will be available at the center. We are also making arrangements to provide PCs with Internet access.
Travel Document & Accommodation Services
Air Travel Arrangements :
Being the sponsors we would arrange air tickets and provide you and the exhibitors travelling to Sana'a with a favorable rates from our sister company (Apollo Travel Co. Ltd.- GSA Emirates Airlines) All air tickets reservation would be arranged by us.
Hotel Bookings:
We would also arrange hotel bookings and provide you the prices of different room rates.
Visa:
As sponsors we would arrange the processing of the entry/exit visa documents.
Security
The organizers will provide security services for the event. It should be noted, however, that the organizers will not be held liable for theft or damage of items during exhibition hours.
Additional Services
Additional services such as Floral arrangements, extra tables, cubes of different sizes, T.V and VCR,etc.. can be arranged by the organizer and the cost for the same will be notified in due course.
Temporary Help
We can arrange qualified multilingual temporary staff. A minimum of a month's notice is required to arrange this service and we should be informed about the number of persons required in advance.
Charges per person will be notified in due course.
