On receipt of your confirmation we will send you our standard contract agreement, which is to be signed by both the parties.

Booking of advertising space

Participants interested in booking space in the show guide should fill out the form attached. Priority will be given to order of receipt of forms and payment.

Requisition of additional services

Participants interested in ordering additional services should do so by informing us in advance. Upon receiving notification from you, we will provide the quotation. Once approved, the participant should arrange payment for the services in advance. We will require guarantees for the equipment; priority will be given according to the order of receipt of the forms. Application forms must be received a month in advance.

Payment Terms

Payments should be made in the following manner:

A. Stand cost: 50% of the total cost to be forwarded in advance upon signing of the contract. The rest to be paid a month ahead of the commencement of the events.

B. Additional services: The cost to be paid upon approval of the quotation.

Payments made in Yemen should be in a bank cheque issued in favor of Apollo Company Payments should be done in US dollars denominated cheques or in Riyals at prevailing market rates agreed by both parties and stated in the contract.
