Idea of the fair
The idea of establishing JITCOM 2004 is to be a new and distinct platform to cope with accelerated developments in the field of information technology and telecommunications. The whole world with all its sectors is concerned by electronic field considering it the main factor for the new economy and one of the most important tools of modern development represented by H/E Ali Abdullah Saleh, President of the Republic, who is giving high attention to the field of information technology and telecommunication for its importance in spreading information and knowledge awareness which became a requirement due to improvements witnessed by the country in this field. By holding such fair, the company is aiming at encouraging local productive companies to enter into the competition and creation. That is in addition to inviting a considerable number of concerned people in this field to visit the fair and discuss the possibility of making benefits thereof as to increase the effectiveness of information and telecommunication systems and decrease high rates of information illiteracy in Yemen.
EXHIBITION DATES
The fair will be held during the period from 4-9 of July 2004. this date was carefully selected taking into consideration dates of competitive fairs in the region on one hand and the possibility of having international companies participating on the other hand. That is in addition to the need for proper preparation and the volume of the event as well as its being a fixed annual date.

The birth of JITCOM 1999 was modest but major successes were achieved in subsequent fairs taking benefit of previous experiments the matter that was felt by participating companies and encouraged them to join the fair for the year 2000-2001-2002-2003 this fair became a prominent scientific event supported and encouraged by the Government.

ENTRY VISAS:
To be obtained by all exhibitors and participants in the fair using special forms to be filled by them. We should receive the visa application at lease one month before the opening date.
CUSTOM DUTIES:
Special schedules for customs duties are available and could be obtained through our company. Also, it is possible to cooperate in facilitating the entry of exhibited items against a deposit to be delivered upon the entry of goods. After the end of the fair, customs duties for only sold items are payable.
CLEARANCE AND SHIPPING
The company id providing proper services through approved agents who take care of all necessary procedures of clearance and shipping for all exhibited items.
SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES:
Special hall is prepared for conferences and seminars synchronized with the fair. A schedule of these events will be distributed during the fair period.
SPECIAL FACILITIES:
The company shall provide decorations engineers for special and international wards upon request provided that a written letter is directed to the company before.
